A question bank is easy to invent: take a job advert, ask a model for plausible questions, publish. This one started somewhere harder — inside the interviews themselves, with the people who sat them.
Real interviews, transcribed
57 planning and project-controls interviews from across UK infrastructure — captured as full transcripts rather than recalled afterwards.
De-identified, before anything else
Employer names, candidate names and any detail that could point back to a specific room are removed at the transcript stage. Nothing identifying ever reaches the question bank.
Answered against the standards
Every question is given an expert model answer and key points grounded in NEC4, AACE, DCMA 14-point, PMI/EVM and real Primavera P6 behaviour — not a generic best-practice paragraph.
